The new generation of energy-saving and efficient medium-speed coal mills has been successfully developed in Beijing.

According to reports, the identification meeting was chaired by Director Hu Shuqing of the China Machinery Industry Federation, Director Li Jing of the Economic Operation Regulation Bureau of the National Development and Reform Commission, Deputy General Manager Gong Xuehai of North China Power Grid Co., Ltd., Chief Engineer Shen Guangkui of the former Ministry of Machinery, Secretary-General Zhang Weixin of the China Heavy Machinery Industry Association, Chief Engineer Sun Rui of the China Power Engineering Consulting Group, Director Bai Shaolin of Xi'an Thermal Research Institute Co., Ltd., and leaders and experts from various power generation groups, major power design institutes, major engineering contractors, and representatives from multiple industries, totaling 70 attendees.    It was introduced that the coal mill is a thermal power plant.

  According to the introduction, the coal mill is the main equipment in the pulverizing system of thermal power plants, grinding the coal powder needed for the power station boiler, and is also widely used in the pulverizing systems of industries such as metallurgy, building materials, coal, and chemicals. The factory's independently developed ZGM series medium-speed roller coal mills have produced more than 2,300 units in batches, with an annual production of over 400 units for three consecutive years, achieving annual sales of over 2 billion yuan, becoming the world's largest manufacturing base for coal mills by annual output, with 350 units exported to 15 countries including Japan, South Korea, India, Indonesia, Turkey, Russia, Belarus, Albania, Kenya, and Chile.
 
  In the context of energy conservation, emission reduction, and a low-carbon economy, the factory insists on continuous independent innovation. Based on the introduction of technology and absorption, through technical breakthroughs, it has successfully developed the "ZGM-Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ series medium-speed roller coal mill" products. By increasing the grinding disc speed, loading force, and optimizing structural design, the output has significantly improved compared to the original basic model. According to comparable values, the new products increase the speed by 12%-33% and the loading force by 20%-60%, greatly improving grinding efficiency, with standard coal grinding saving 0.3-1.0 kilowatt-hours per ton. At the same time, the new technology of dynamic-static combined separator is used, making the coal powder finer and more uniform, leading to more complete combustion and reduced emissions of harmful substances such as nitrogen oxides.
 
  This series of coal mills adopts several advanced international technologies such as hydraulic variable loading, rotating nozzles, planetary gear reducers, rotating separators, and new wear-resistant materials, improving the comprehensive performance of the new medium-speed coal mills in energy saving, long wear life, quick start-up, and strong adaptability to coal quality. The output range is from 16.3 tons/hour to 223.8 tons/hour, meeting different user needs. In manufacturing, the electric motor, reducer, and mill body (including wear-resistant parts) are produced in a one-stop process within the factory, effectively ensuring product quality. The new products have achieved market performance of 278 units, with 130 units in operation and 68 units exported.
 
  Experts believe that this series of products has passed industrial testing and been applied in engineering. According to the test reports of actual projects, it has been verified that the output of the coal mills has increased by 12%, 24%, and 33% compared to the basic model. The new products have been widely applied in domestic and international markets, generating good economic and social benefits. The appraisal committee unanimously believes that the product's technical index has reached a leading level in the country and agrees to pass the product appraisal.
