The disc pelletizer is the main equipment in the pelletizing process. Its working principle is that the disc on the machine body is inclined at an angle of 30-55 degrees to the horizontal, which can be adjusted arbitrarily within a specified range. The motor drives the disc to rotate through a gear reducer and a pair of conical gears. The disc is equipped with devices such as a spray pipe and a scraper. After the powder is added to the disc and moistened with water, it continuously rolls to form particles → small pellets → large pellets. When the small pellets roll towards the center of the disc and continue to grow larger, they roll towards the edge of the disc and are discharged.
