The fan mill is the main equipment of the direct blow pulverizing system for lignite boilers in thermal power plants, and it can also be used for the pulverizing needs of power boilers in chemical and paper mills. It is a high-efficiency pulverizing device that simultaneously completes three major functions: grinding coal, drying, and conveying coal powder. It features low power consumption, simple operation, and low noise, which is why the fan mill has been widely used in the direct blow pulverizing system for lignite boilers.
Our factory introduced the KSG type fan mill manufacturing technology from the Federal Republic of Germany's EVT company in December 1978, with a total of 50 specifications in the N and S series. The N series is suitable for grinding lignite and woody lignite with moisture content less than 40%-70%, with a maximum output of 200t/h per unit; the S series is used for grinding bituminous coal and hard lignite with moisture content less than 40%, with a maximum output of 90t/h per unit.
