The grinding machine is the main equipment in the pelletizing process. It processes materials with a moisture content of 8-13%, mixing and refining the materials, increasing the surface area of the material particles. Using the grinding machine can shorten the production process of pellet ore, reduce equipment energy consumption, improve pellet quality and metal recovery rate, and improve labor and environmental conditions, thus being rapidly promoted in the pellet ore process. Its working principle is that the peripheral large gear drives the cylinder to rotate, and the material is impacted by the grinding medium, steel balls, as well as the grinding between balls and between the cylinder liner, exposing fresh surfaces of the material, achieving mixing, and finally discharging through the discharge hole into the next process. This machine can effectively reduce the amount of bentonite added and improve the strength of the green balls. The grinding machine has three main features based on the ball mill: forced feeding, peripheral discharge, and rubber lining.
