The characteristic of a self-grinding mill is that it can directly feed raw ore or coarsely crushed ore into the mill. The minerals are fed into the mill according to a certain particle size ratio. The self-grinding mill can grind the material to 0.074mm in one go, with its content accounting for more than 20% to 50% of the total product. The crushing ratio can reach 4000-5000, which is more than ten times higher than that of ball and rod mills. The self-grinding mill is a grinding equipment that combines both crushing and grinding functions. It uses the material being ground as the medium, achieving crushing through mutual impact and grinding action. The self-grinding mill is also called a medium-free mill.
