Coal has always been a major mineral energy source in our country, accounting for about 60% of all mineral energy. The traditional method of coal combustion not only has a low energy utilization rate but also causes serious air pollution. From multiple perspectives, this method is undesirable. Therefore, how to increase the utilization rate of coal resources and reduce air pollution is an urgent problem that needs to be solved. Changing the coal combustion model is the only way to address this issue.   Scientific tests have shown that grinding coal to a fineness of over 200 mesh can significantly improve the utilization rate of coal combustion. Theoretically, the finer the coal is ground, the more fully the minerals are liberated, making it easier to burn.

Scientific testing shows that grinding coal to a fineness of over 200 mesh can greatly improve the utilization rate of coal combustion. Theoretically, the finer the coal is ground, the more fully the minerals are dissociated, making it easier to achieve deep desulfurization and ash reduction. Medium-speed coal mills provide very favorable conditions for achieving deep desulfurization and ash reduction before combustion in coal-fired power plants. At the same time, medium-speed coal mills can also be used for powder processing of limestone, utilizing chemical principles to purify harmful gases produced during coal combustion to achieve environmental protection goals. This allows for the full utilization of non-renewable resources and creates significant economic benefits for customers.
